If you are having difficulty getting computer software used in this course to work correctly, you should arrange a time to observe my computer screen, and watch as I demonstrate the solution.
I also schedule a few software demonstrations at specified times other that class lectures. To observe these demonstrations, you can be anywhere in cyberspace, as long as you are observing my computer.
If you are working on your computer during my office hours, and have a quick question, instead of waiting for an e-mail reply, try chatting with me. If I am not on the computer, or if I am not able to attend to chat requests at that particular time, you will not receive permission to chat. Otherwise, I hope I can answer your question(s) immediately.
